We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products.
For the return process, a 360-degree unboxing video without cuts or edits is required.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your return request, we will provide return authorization and detailed instructions on the return process. After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package the returned items to prevent damage during transit.
